+ How to use Claro Roaming Services with your GSM mobile device?
To be able to use your mobile phone in Peru you must have a compatible device to our networks:
2G (1900 MHz network)
3.5G (850 MHz network)
Which are the frequencies used our network.
It is also extremely important that you verify your home operator has a roaming agreement with Claro.
+ Using Claro Roaming Services:
Go to the "network selection", "phone setup", "settings" option or other corresponding to network settings in your phone menu, depending on your mobile device.
Find "phone settings" or "manual network selection" and choose the "CLARO" network (it could also be displayed as 716 10, PERTM, TIM)
Select "CLARO" and you will be asked to confirm your choice. Once "CLARO" is displayed on your screen, you are connected. (The connection procedure may vary according to your mobile device and could take a few seconds).
